Need someone to modify a sprocket

My son in law has an e-bike shop in Torquay and is currently building an e-trike for a disabled customer.

To finish it he needs someone to enlarge the centre hole of a 16t motorcycle sprocket to 33mm and drill 6 mounting holes. However, it occurs that an existing sprocket may be too hard for conventional machining - if so, could a water jet be the solution?

Is there anyone here who could do it for him or suggest someone?

Cheers,

John

Hi John.

You could try Andy Strange

strangeengineeringservices@gmail.com

07734354696

He has a machine shop in Galmpton, Paignton and has done machining for me.... quick turn around and reasonable price.

Thanks Amyas, I've passed that on to Scott.

Cheers,
John
