The chap that runs that site is called Dan Maurice. He has credited my YouTube account on his website even though he has never asked for permission to use my videos. I have sent him multiple messages which have been ignored. Not really on if he is using videos Ive taken my time to produce and putting them behind his own paid firewall.
My lad asked me recently who is running this site and wondered how a TRF members videos came to be on it and I was unaware of it. Bit cheeky really and Youtube is not as helpful as it could be, increased views is more important than ethics apparently.
Unfortunately Youtube does not allow one to prevent just the one channel from viewing your videos, only every channel at once by making the video private, so the only way to prevent someone using links to your videos is to make them all private. Then it is necessary for the uploader to enter the e-mail address of the would be viewer who will need to be logged in to their Google account to view successfully.
You could delete and re-upload but when re-uploading even making a video Unlisted so that it does not show up on search results will not prevent someone using a link to your channel once they find it.
You could use the Youtube editing studio to frustrate this appropriation by blurring the videos or by adding a large text on screen about using videos without permission, either option would permit easy restoration once he took them down from his site. He can afford to ignore you while he has free use of your videos but when they start to reflect badly on him and his brand he may see things differently.
