Been for a ride today, decided not to risk riding the lane as nails sticking out of roofing Batten was pretty much right across width of lane along with slates and felt so was to dangerous to try moving in this weather.

Fly tipping is just thoughtless money saving builder boyz, its different from deliberate attempts to block or harm us .
Hopefully it gets shifted by L.A. And perhaps they put up surveillance cameras for a while .
As long as its difficult or expensive to get rid of waste materials, we will have this problem.
