Anyone decode colours for resistor values please?

I bought one each of 1K, 4K and 10K resistors from Maplins that Mrs TTR collected for me. They were all put in a bag together and I am struggling to decipher the colour bands to know which is which. Can anyone help please?

Just got back from a crackin week with Lyndon, Baz & Kaz at Torotrail in southern spain. Im kinda minded to organize a long weekend over in spain with them for DTRFG. Whos interested?
