A courier has lost my parcel. Something's afoot and it's more than 12 inches! First it was signed for, then it was lost, now it was delivered but the receiver has denied this. The courier is only paying the max insurance so I'm not happy. Has anyone here had any luck in getting a result from a similar situ...
