Hi people. just after a bit of advice. I was recently tinkering with my rear shock settings on my gas gas fse 400 which has an ohlins adjustable shock. I tried turning the screw to change things and didnt seem to make much of a difference. Then I thought I would loosen off the outer nut that the screw sits in...

These tubes don't seem to have been moving inside the tyre but their valves seem to have given up the ghost anyways. An expensive dustbin job

A friend of mine wants to get a full bike licence, get a trail bike & ride the lanes ASAP. Is there an intensive course out there, like for a car licence? Any recommendations? I suggested he get a 125 on L plates but he'd rather just get on with it.

Me and 5 friends are green laning for 3 days this weekend, our first pit stop will be newton abbot. We will be at 202-007 about lunch time any advice where to get some food nearby, nothing gourmet. The second day we hope to have lunch in or near ivybridge, close to 202-154. Cheers for any help. steve
