Having recently rebuilt a 1972 BSA B25T Victor Trail bike I thought I'd share a few picture of the rebuild. I originally bought the bike in bits over 16 years ago and it was a right mixture of incorrect and missing parts. It came with the wrong steel fuel tank as the Trail models were fitted with a really ni...
I was asked to put on a run for a couple of members of the West of England Motor Club and invited Trackman to join myself Jim and Neil. It was nearly the shortest run ever when white van man reversed into me a minute after leaving home. Luckily he heard our chorus of horns and shouting, stopped before any har...
After much deliberating, 3 of us decided to head to Salisbury for the organised charity ride. That said, the night before the other two jacked, not to be put off, I was at my mates yard at 06:45 nicking his trailer so I could still go! 2 hours later I arrived at the pub parking, with 15mins to spare before th...
Out on our weekly monday morning ride (9am at Cara's Diner on Greendale Business Park) today we found the above in the middle of extensive resurfacing with road scalpings. They are working from the Postlake Farm end (ie west to east) but its not clear how far they are going. We didn't see any signage at t...

As Pete and others have set the run report bar very high recently, I thought I would have a go. After 34 years or riding, my wife Libby has finally decided to have a go at laning with me(I think she felt sorry for me now Grommett has gone to Uni). We recently purchased an XT225 and she already considers it 'he...

Hi Guys I want to go to the tar barrels this year, never been before. There is not a lot of information on the web site. Any local knowledge would be really useful along the lines of: where to park, where to watch from, what time is the main event, getting to and from the event (do they close all the roads?). T...
Great day out on the lanes with Simon Bell, Steve Piper, Shaun Batham, Nick Kelland and Geoff Kelly . Started at Ivybridge and up to Newton Abbot, were after a punture the three with half day passes had to leave us. We then continued to Bovey Tracy, Hennock, then to the famous Ruggadon lane and on to Ashco...
FredE, NickJ and Mattyboy were briefed to make sure the man behind knows where to turn and warned how to approach the perpendicular steps placed by the water board at the entrance to Conitor lane before we set off. The muddy patch on the dog leg after Stubbins cross has been tamed but not eradicated by re...
