Run leaders and TECs are required for this popular event hosted by Devon TRF for riders from all over the UK. To make a change from the Axe 2 Exe of former years it will be based at Parker's Farm, Ashburton.

Visitors are asked to state their preference for the type of ride they would like and it would be appreciated if volunteers also stated their preference so we can try to match all parties !

Categories offered are :

Easy             less challenging but with stops and breaks

Average     some stops and some interesting challenges

 

Fullminimal stops and with some possible/more challenging rocky, slippery climbs

So don't be shy and  please offer to help, it's usually two good days out and the chance to meet riders from afar and show them our wonderful county.

I can do the 28th happy to be tec for someone, any level of ability or if you want someone to help at the start, happy to stay at base

Well it's been an encouraging response so far, but keep the offers coming please ....  We will need about 12 leaders and 12 TECs for both days.

I was surprised that there is no mention whatsoever on the TRF Events & Fund Raising Days section of the forum about the 2018 T2T event.

Phil Lowe may be referring to another medium as there is no 2018 events page on the forum, perhaps he means facebook? I can't believe anyone could find anything on the new TRF site.

I'm just back from a long trip away working.

I can be free this weekend and can TEC for someone both days or just one. Happy to go Hard, Intermediate or Easy (rather not do easy group for both days if possible).

Is anyone trailering/vanning bikes down from Exeter and might have space for a bike? I'd rather not spend an hour each day on the dual carriageway on the dirt bike if I can avoid it.
