Getting real tricky to ride, pegs will be grounding out very shortly as the gully deepens, already engine sump bottoming out on the climb out of the stream, another section has the tree limb chucked into the gully (don't know why ) causing riders to make another gully the other side, parallel Signag...

Went out this afternoon for a bimble around and came across this. The guys working on the site at Denbury prison said it had been closed so I went for a look. No signs, no road closed barrier and I don't think we had heard from anyone about TTRO. Anyways they are scraping the surface off and the intention is...
Is the forum still not able to include new TRF members to be added into the private section?? Why don't we just moth ball the private section? IE don't allow access to anyone & post in the general open forum area There are members who have joined wishing to know why I can't join the private section...

Any body using mousses for green laning? If so have you had any trouble with police. Also what about effects on MOT and insurance as I gather they are not road legal? Cheers guys Andy
Hi, Rode the 192-244 Moor Park Lane, Sidmouth last week. The fallen tree has gone (Wacky?) and the info on the GRM can be updated to a solid green line. The hedge was still overgrown at the eastern end but it is passable.
Still more to complete on swimbridge road GRM 4908 N.W. end has multiple trees down across the highway, there is a 'ride around' at the moment but failure to clear might see some problems in the future & its not the correct line of the road More than one saw person is required Gauging interest.......

I've been a very long term TRF member, albeit in the shadows. The Keyberry in the 80's. Barring disasters between now and next Sunday, 16.30, I'm finally off on the trip I promised myself before COVID!! First I needed to build "my" bike, which, to put it mildly, was a step too far!! But, it's built and mas...

Have discovered a blocked lane at 192-001 near Tiverton. Lane blocked with large load of manure. Have tried to report blockage on Devon PROW reporting service and the system reports invalid location. It appears on their maps as track. On OS maps its a UCR ?

Started from Plympton with the recent heavy rain many lanes have washed out with deep rocky gullys left in the aftermath. First problem was at 202-230 Grm 5743 with 2 trees passable if you are short. Biggest challenge was clearing to get through 202-251 Grm 5764 a 230mm diameter tree took the three o...
A low hanging tree on this lane. I was on a test ride and didnt have my pruning saw but should be able to take care of the lower branch at least with one. I will try and go back and get it in the future but if anyone else is up that way be aware. -- Edited by wackyracer on Saturday 6th of September 2025 07:14:43 AM
Met all the cows in Fernworthy forest and the farmer leading them down the bridleway laughed when he saw me pedalling toward the herd making their way downhill. Behind his land rover followed quite a crowd with a huge grey bull, three dozen cows, three dozen calves and a quad nipping at their heels. I ro...
