i managed to damage my hands at work recently and have got to try and reduce the things that trigger them going numb or getting pins and needles to the point i can not hold things is there any way of reducing the amount of vibration through the bars on my wr. I've not ridden many other enduro bikes so not sure...

The Patchquick Trophy Motorcross at Little Silver is this Wednesday (7th) run by the SWOR in conjunction with the West of England. There is a full line of riders but they are still short of marshals. Marshals need to sign on about 3pm for practise at 4pm. Can anyon help?
