I went to greenlane's for an mot on the blackbird this morning and met dave & lorn in for the ccm's first service.

the mot tester mentioned i had a large oil leak so dave and lorn trailered it home for me smile

cheers peeps.

new filter to replace the split one and fresh oil and all is well again.

 the oil wasnt that low smile it wasnt leaking when i left home.

very lucky i didnt bin it though as the back tyre was oil coted !!! confuse

You're very welcome Rog. It was good to see your ugly mug to be honest. There's no way that it would have made it home (if it hadn't spat you off first) with the amount of oil it was spewing.

It was just the oil filter that had rusted through. Yes, RUSTED through! Fairing off and ten minutes and it was all fixed.

Now that Rogers gone away for the weekend, we can all take the pee out of him - let it comence!
