Don't often get to ride midweek - work gets in the way but had a cracking short notice spin with Doug an Lanza Dave today in an area which at weekends is totally devoid of all lifeforms.....
Today 2 GG's - both very skittish but we stopped and at the request of the riders (who were both very nice, chatty and appreciative) 'show' the bikes to the horses - one of the 2 even asked us to start the bikes up whilst she stood with the horse just behind us.
Anyway just found it interesting that there was more life on the lanes on a midweek day than a normal weekend
