Thank you all for your kind/all most kind/plesant and nearly plesent reply's smile

Tigerman was the closest biggrin

Took 6 teenagers paintballing (and nailed them all)  got back to my place and thought I would put the tents up for them while they played on playstations ect.

Then fell off a recycling bin whilst tying up a tarp to guttering clip. cry

I know, roll on the jokes you meanie's furious

holly molly - I've been there also. Why bother getting the A frame out when the wheelie bin is just the right height.

Get well soon, hopefully just in time for the lanes to start getting wetter and the brambles to die back.

A couple of questions Pearcy, an East Devon Recycling bin is only a foot high, and has the strength of a wet card board box

1) How did it bear your weight?

2) How did you get up on it in the first place?

Maybe we should start a buy Pearcy a ladder fund

You didnt get the injury by defenestration did you

PS message from Karen, best buy a HARLEY when you have recovered, they are a lot less dangerous than riding a recyling bin, even one as vertically challenged as you will be able to get your leg over it

Pearcy, or The Hobit as he shall now be known (biggrin) popped in today.  I didn't laugh at or make fun of his PINK cast at all.  Honest.  Did I say it was PINK?  Oh, and the cast - it was PINK, just in case I forgot to mention that.
