I've yet to know the lanes well enough to lead but wondered if other folk also woke early and fancied riding some none too close to properties lanes such that a three hour ride out in south devon could be done and dusted (or mud scraped) by midday on a Saturday in the coming weeks?
Autumnal thoughts. I can identify good eating mushrooms including Ceps or Boletus - which sell for £60 a kilo (WET) in London and environs..gastronomic ride out proposed preferably through woods or lanes mostly comprised of beech, oak or chestnut. No false chanterelles thankyou. Recipe for mushroom risotto gladly offered to TRF members.
