A sad day in MotoGP

The boy was only a year older than me for God's sake!! And that definitely puts riding into perspective for me. I'll certainly miss him in the Paddock!

I watched the race, was a particularly nasty looking crash. Very sad indeed.

Thats 2 in 2 weeks - a 13 year old, Peter Lenz, died in the Red Bull Rookies race at Indinapolis last week.

very sad indeed, something in my 30 years of riding that happens, and has happened to friends and very nearly has happened to me, how do you stop yourself loving bikes, i never could, even after 3 months in hospital and a year off work, feel dead inside without a bike, maybe wish i never tried one when i was young , but i did, only comfort is, they passed on doing what they love
