I need to buy an adjusting screw for a large regulator
The screw is a threaded bar type thing with a rounded end which applies pressure to a plate. The top of this bar has a machined hex on it so it can be turned with a spanner.
The part is SCREW ADJ 1/2-13 X 3.572 STL
Can anyone decipher this engineering speak and let me know what that actually is.

1/2 screw thread diameter (in inches), -13 is thread pitch (in this case a fine thread or UNF) and 3.572 the length of screw shaft (in inches).
We have many similar identified screws here at work. Although the 3.572 does seem a bit absolute for a length!!?? Measure the length and see if it fits the bill.
