I alread have a 2010 Triumph Scrambler in Khaki and I love it but the stripped down version is more like the bikes of old (looks anyway).

The guy has removed the oil cooler and a few other bits and pieces to achieve the look.

Form over function? who knows ashamed

That looks nice, Kev! So, when you taking a spanner to yours and cutting the end of your exhaust then??

Chris.

Gonna do something with the bike, needs to be more retro - I have off road competition pipes on the bike now and its pretty loud. Straight through pipes? I would need ear defenders and a gum shield to protect me from the neighbours!!!!

I think Triumph missed a trick here.I'm all for retro but size wise they should be physically alot smaller like the originals not 2 meters long.

Maybe you should get a Metisse frame Kev ?

I was thinking of chopping it for an older Triumph, but I do love the modern reliability.

Its a heavy bike to be sure, I wouldn't want to ride it off road without doing some serious mods. Not sure about a complete frame exchange though?

Thats a pretty sweet bike too. Have to admit I prefer the flat tracker / scrambler look though.

Great bikes Harley's, I've had two over the years. I have seen some great flat tracker customs at shows etc. Always great looking with that distinctive V Twin burble.
