Was it the one at K&M near me JT?

I'd love to go out with my lad, but completely not interested. I like those Rijeu's, seem to have a good reputation so far.

No bud - got it in Ottery.....

Yes have looked at loads of stuff, most ragged to bits and the newer Chinese stuff im not convinced about - but this looks a bit better put together and hasn't been messed with.

Ah well he can't ride it till Aug when he turns 16 - so I need to give it a good test and 'set it all up' for him wink

I may be able to handle it a bit better than the Katoom biggrin

That looks great JT - I'd have been made up if my Dad got me one of those when I was 16.

......instead I had to save up my paper round money and could only afford an ancient Yamaha TY50.no

Was fun though..biggrin

One of the reasons I went for this bike as he dwarfs most of them - this one he fits on wink

Well I rode it home for him Thurs, and it's far better than I thought, Got 45 out of it with my 15 stone on board biggrin

Anyway spent the last 2 1/2 days taking it to bits, cleaning and checking and putting it back together again disbelief few bits still to do but he was keen to get it back together to show his mates. Finished 5 mins ago....

How the hell the last owner let it get in such a state in less than a year is beyond me no bloody kids - no respect for anything......anyways it meant my lad got a almost new bike for the price of a 6-8 year old one so our gain smile

Mate, I have even threatened to creep into his room at night with the clippers and carve a chunk outta it so's he'd have to have it cut.....

He was walking along in the local ind estate a few weeks back when a lost trucker looking for directions leaned out the cab and addressed him as 'Scuse me darling' and even that hasn't made him get it cut no the girlys seem to like it though wink and ask him advice on what shampoo he uses hmm

With regards the Orange comment - I'm still happy that both bikes in the pic would out perform your yellow pile O poo and ones only 1/8th the capasity biggrin

And Paul - he's not legal till Aug so won't be on the lanes yet but I do have some other places for him to go wink
