Depends on what you are looking at spending, but you could try Westcoast Imports in Minehead. They import these kind of bikes. They tend to be good condition, low mileage bikes, but ain't the cheapest around!

There is a place near the old railway station at Sidmouth that sells these kind of bikes.  Haven't been there but I'm told they've got some good stuff.
