STOLEN! Yamaha XT125R - now recovered but stripped and torched!

Tim's XT was stolen from an open garage near his flat on the old County Ground in St Thomas last night. Difficult trip to his work at Crediton this morning cry

I will tell him to check all the local spots the kids rag around on field bikes and check nearby streets etc but, meanwhile, please keep an eye out for it.

Many thanks.

Brian

If it's of any help or interest, I have a 125 he can borrow, but does need an MOT and a battery?? Should fly through the MOT as it's just over 3 years old.

Just heard that the police found Tim's XT - stripped and torched cry

So he will definitely be in the market for a replacement learner legal 125.

they do tend to burn them out especially if they have trouble starting them.

i never fit a hidden cut off switch for this reason, evileye
i'd much rather catch them on it, preferably somewhere quiet, hmmhmm

i have a 2/2 ratio when it comes to catching these thieving scumbags, , my mum had 2 mopeds stolen in last 10 years and both times i have caught them red handed!

That's horrible cry

I put a lot of time into that little XT rebuilding the front etc after Tim's little episode with the kerb in Crediton. It's a bloody shame. Hope they get the little scrotes what done it  evileye

Even if they catch them, they'll only get £1 from the poor box.  I'll bet Brownie's solution was not a pretty sight.wink
