Circumnavigate England and Wales, It would take the assistance of all the other TRF groups. To be met by a local run leader and tail end charley and guided through their area. That would make a group of four on the main ride, wouldnt have to be the same four for the whole trip. I would estimate it to take two weeks, riding with camping equipment and something to make tea with.

Talk to Liz about her Lands End to John O'Groats run and get some pointers, especially north of the border where different rules apply.
I have possibly accrued enough invites from groups whose members I have led around Devon to get guided around most of the country. Most invites are standing invitations to all Devon TRF members so you may well get some benefit from the number of visitors we have hosted. Bristol and Gloucester TRF were here last weekend alone.
That runs sound great Rich, but being a pessimist I would have doubts as to co-operation from some of the other groups that I tried to ride with from my own experience.
I emailed the Chairman for the Lake District and was told that if I wanted to get a ride out up there, then he would have to ask at the next meeting. The meeting happened, but nobody was inclined to take me about. Then I contacted Loddon Vale with a whole batch of emails, but not a single response! The only group that have entertained my on the lanes outside of Devon was good old Kernow.

Loddon Vale came to Devon and invited me back, but said that we rode more lanes before lunch than they have in their entire area so it wouldn't really be worth a visit. Not all areas are equally blessed with such numbers of lanes as we are used to, and most groups are considerably smaller.
Is the a boarder to Northern England? I don't want to ride every lane and not the more difficult ones as the bike will be loaded. anyone interested? Is Liz's run posted somewhere?
