One of the group emailed the guy, & he sorted everything out, all the flights to Sibiu, collection from the airport to a beer on the table waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel  8) 
450exc were all preped & waiting in the Hotels garage ready for Friday, Saturday & Sunday's ride, Monday we had to come home  !
Incredible place / riding;- no gates, no fences, no whinging ramblers or Nimby's
but there is some challenging scary riding to be had, but  basically they will cater to suit your needs. My butt was anxious on a few of the trails I can tell you  (The guide sorts out part of the romaniacs course)

 Youngest person was 42 !, we chose 3 days as thats what we thought we could last biggrin

Now I know it's eastern Europe and healthcare might be an issue should you fall off, but carrying your own spare bones?, or is that a ktm thing?

Looks excellent!!! Really good to ride places like that and everyone who trail rides should at least do one tour abroad.
