Gitane? Fantic? Caballero. I like Bultaco but have no idea if it is derived from a real word set. Hodako sounds cool. Ossa sounds better if spelt ossamissima. I'm waffling aren't I? Desmoduoro. Bellissima.
Rieju want a new name for their 2012 scooter. I suggested Seymaz Seymaz every other chinese plastic scooter. They wrote back saying it was not chinese. (chuffed they responded) but didn't like the name.
was SWM speedy world motorcycles? D.O.T. Kawasaki Mean Streak Piaggio Yourban Suzuki Burgervan (Paul at GT Motorcycles called them that!)
Hodaka are very popular in the states and down under I think, great names,
I had a Honda Elsinore Norton Jubilee Bantam (why name a bike after a small fluffy chicken?!) and we had an AJS 500 we called Noddy - cant remember why tho!
Names are much better than numbers and letters I think

There was a Velocette LE, 200cc, horizontally opposed, water cooled twin used by the plod in the 60-70's. This was called a Noddy Bike because the plod wasn't allowed to salute his superiors and "nodded" instead. It wasn't the official Velocette name though.
