There are a lot of petrol heads in france who seem to love old british machinery.

 They will. Because they will ignore the law and laugh at us trying to comply.

They already have a law requiring relective material on crash helmets, front, rear and on both sides, and you will notice this is not evident on any headgear at all in the video.
