.. because they use the same number plate light cover with integral lens as the TTR and I need a couple!

Yamaha part number 2AX-84749-00-00 BODY,LICENSE LIGHT

Yep - should have been clearer - the TTR has a seperate brake and tail light assembly. This is just a twin bulb effort that illuminates the number plate.
