I thought I would ask on here first before consulting the Yellow Pages, etc... Rather pay someone I know than a complete stranger . I need the soffit/facia boards replacing around my garage roof. The roof is sound and I am concerned that if I do it, I could damage the felt and cause the roof to leak. I am considering UPVC cladding once the damaged would has been replaced.
