When I read that I thought it was an early april fool joke.
I would expect that there would be quite a few various organisations that would challenge that statement.
The TRF are no doubt at the forefront of keeping the lanes open for all, but they are by no means the only ones that do.
I am not a paying member at the moment as I cannot ride and cannot justify the outlay at the moment, but still keep tabs on my area and say my piece if required.
The TRF membership fee is an important part of financing the fighting fund, but just as readily so are those prepared to stand up and be counted, its not just about paying your dues and washing your hands of the problem.
