Nutwell Court fire engine rally sunday 23rd


Nutwell Court, Fire and Vintage Rally, Sunday, June 23rd - at Nutwell Court Estate on A376 Exeter to Exmouth road at Lympstone. This event, held every other year to raise money for the Firefighters Charity. Usually a good turn out of with a number of steam engines including steam fire engine.

Good day out for all the family.smile

The last pic is Devons very fast response bike.But I could not see any hoses.ladders or water tanks on it.

The royal enfield caught my eye, setup for scrambling !! The engine is a crusader 250. In competition form normally fitted to trials frame.

The ladder can be seen just under the tank.

"Ladder" is Italian for trellis frame.  biggrinbiggrin

Looks to have been an impressive line up - I like the Trumpets, especially the black one with pre unit T100 alloy engine.

1st Pic, Bike behind white Triumph - 5TA (speedtwin) got one identical in my garage and I'm the 2nd owner from new smile used to be my every day ride till 94, been in the garage awating a rebuild ever since disbelief but 'other stuff' keeps taking up my time wink
