After loosing the clutch fluid i stripped the slave cylinder to find fluid weeping in to engine, rebuilt slave cylinder with new oring to find the bore of the slave cylinder has a few wear marks. Couldnt feel a lip or anything so hoping a new oring will seal, if not i can try an oversized oring.
unless any one has a slave cylinder for sale to suit a 2004 400 exc rfs engine. Thanks in advance
Im using the correct oil so i know its not that eating away the oring.
Not to sure tbh, im hoping my fix has worked, but have no time to take on test drive. Ill have a look on ebay for going price, my only worry is getting another one thats got a marked bore
