I don't like it, but radical changes in look are rarely an instant hit. I remember when the Katana first hit the streets, how weird did that look?!

The Beemer needs some crash bobbins, or one might scratch those shiny chrome bars ... confuse

The people who buy the new Beemer will have ben brought up on Transformers - called Nostalgia.
You are right - looks disgusting.
Katana wasnt much better!
