202-350 Hembury Woods looks interesting, but it's not on my overlay.
Is it a new one?
A very old one in fact, one of many old highways with no recorded status, but unfortunately it never made it onto the list of streets so it cannot go onto the Legal lanes overlay distributed to everyone. Some Rights of Way background knowledge is essential before riding suchlike.
Neither is it on the Definitive map as Footpath/Bridleway/Restricted Byway and it has no TRO signage either so falls into the 'white road' category which we can show that we are not prohibited from riding, but cannot prove public road status conclusively. It would probably become a Restricted Byway if/when NERC rules should be applied at a parish review.
