Nick, so sorry to here about your bike being stolen,I will keep my eyes and ears wide open. When I had the low life in my garage nicking my Honda XR a few years ago I was lucky enough to get my bike back, but it cost me a packet updating my house security and I still wake in the small hours and have to check the house and garage is secure before I can get back to sleep.

My bet is that it will be riden around late at night in your area.
Doubt ya average scum will be able to ride that on the lanes.
Should see em in a heap if they try too.
Keep ya eyes peeled everyone.
Quite a distinctive bike.
First time on the forum for ages and the first post i see is this, Sorry Nick, not a nice situation to experience. Will keep my eyes and ears open. Im sure you'll get to find out who was involved, scrotes have a habit of turning on each other when the pressures on, i found out who handled my XR and made contact with the little **** to let him know i'll be round for a chat at a time of my choosing, he's now changed his name funnily enough.

Police reckon it's either now dumped it been stripped for spares.
Bike like that wont be just dumped - it wasnt a joyride, they obviosuly had a van if they took other stuff as well. Will be either stripped for spares on in a container heading for Eastern Europe.
Sorry to hear about your bike absolute f##king scumbags!
I have just had the old bill round at mine ! Report some scum prowling in my back garden in the small hours. I had a head on with a car that pulled out on me three week ago so am a bit sore at the moment and am not sleeping that well. I was sat watching the TV about 2am and I heard a van drive past the house and then it stopped, sounded like a fair way down the road. About two minutes later I saw a strange shadowy hump through the curtains pass the window, could be a cat I thought but then I heard noise out the back. I could see through the kitchen and conservatory a shadowy figure at the back door of my garage. Like I say I'm a bit sore so I got the dog to do the chasing . I let him out the side door as not to alert the scrote to his presence and it worked nicely ! I have never seen a guy scramble a fence so quick in all my life ( my dog is soft, but he is still an 80kg Great Dane ).
Anyway I got a good look at the **** and he wasn't a kid he was mid thirties skinny quite tall he had a cap on but had short hair! There is a car park for a block of retirement flats right behind our back garden, that's how he made his escape he must have been in contact with the van driver as the van pulled up at the entrance of the car park before the guy could run to it . It was parked side on to me so no reg, it was a light metallic blue transit one if the last shape I think fro 2006 -2013 ,semi high top ,med wheel base !
Anyway I live in Paignton, just wanted to let every one know they're about!
I see one was taken from Ross on Wye too the other night......
Well, today is 7 days, now I have to fight the insurance company to pay out what it's worth.
The police told me that there have been lots of garage break in's in the last few months! They think a gang are working the area not just for bike but other high end toys you may have , they said a boat and a jet ski had been stolen in the area in the last fortnight!
I hope that you get back what you got in your bike. It's s##t when you are the victim of some scumbags and then you have to battle with the insurance to get your money out of them. I'm pretty sure we all do the same but I always value and insure my bike for a little bit more than they're worth it takes the argument out of it if it comes to it!
