It's not the new africa twin, it's a concept bike that they probably will put into production, this is the new Africa twin, I think it's going to be a 1000cc

I'm never gunna hear the end of this from my mate Russ but that sure is a tasty looking bike (not sure I'd opt for a suede seat though, none too practical for the dirt me thinks ). If it's based on the L then it may not cut the 'off road mustard' (speaking personally) as well as an X but I'll say it again, it sure does look the part.
Ref the 1000cc Africa Twin concept (that was at the 2014 NEC bike show), nice bike too but a bit of a lump for Green Laning (unless your David Knight ). I think my ability would stretch to a KTM 690 Enduro for laning but that's about it. I once had aspirations of a KTM 990 SE (SuperEnduro) as a 'do it all' bike but given some of our more technical lanes I think that too would be a hernia too far picking that up Saw a guy on one at a Somerset TRF day once, nuff respect to him for that
Nice bike but too big for me as I would be knackered in a morning the amount of bike picking up Im doing lately Excluding the 250 of course which looks great but it would be a shame to scuff it up on the lanes
