They are DVLA registered supplier (or liceneced as their own website says) so they can make flexi plates with the required BS and suppliers markings, if that's what you want, and I did.
Their price looks competitive until they suddenly add on £7! p&p, and on one occasion they tried to charge me an extra 4% for using PayPal, and an additional cost for making the order by phone, although I had completed it online. They also sent one order without the required bottom line markings I'd asked for, despite seeing my V5, so they're chancing it with DVLA and could end up like many eBay sellers, costing them dearly. They did immediately send me another plate that met my requirements, and included a undersize flexi plate free of charge with another full size legal plate I ordered.
They say the plate has a lifetime guarantee. When does a lifetime guarantee end? when it breaks and it's life is over? Thankfully it still looks like new.
However, their flexi plate is very flexible, without being floppy, resists the pressure washer, and just gently folds when the bike tumbles or is hit by hedges, and springs back into shape.
