I was always told that silver mouthpieces are best to use with a trumpet, don't be fobbed off with a brass one, check for dents in the bell end and all the valves should move easily when fingered

Got one at the moment, great bike! O7 model I have done16,000 miles on it and not had a problem. If you do buy, an hid light upgrade is definitely needed and upgraded suspension, but i'm a 17stone lump!!
I had a 1050 Tiger for 2 years ,a great and reliable bike. Swapped it in 3 years ago for a Tiger 800 xc which is an even better bike, light nimble, economical and capable of some light unsurfaced road use. Been to Europe a couple of times on the 800xc and even did some of laps of the Nurburgring on it last summer. Agree that the 1050 Tiger lights are poor although the headlights have been improved on the latest models I think.
