Similar format to the British sprints except you go off in pairs making for exciting racing.
Slowest go off first on each class, released in pairs at 30 sec intervals.
Race one lap at a time and we aim to send you out for around 8 Laos during the day, an acumulation of your total laps gives your result.

Rolling fields,streams and farm tracks make for a fast and flowing lap with natural jumps and points of interest.
