Can I get free OS stylee mapping on my Android phone?

Just thinking. I know where the lanes are but was up walking the hound on East Budleigh Common and there were lots off footpath signs but I had no idea where they might have gone. Would have been good to have seen them on the phone wink

Found the MM folder with the base OS250 map in so slotted my local 1:25k .qct map file in alongside it but the app won't load or recognise it. Out of date version possibly?

Sorted - had to change the type of map to get it to show. Once chosen I had to login to Memory Map to "import" it. Showing on screen now.

Brian , I'm glad you didn't have to ask me how to do the last bit, having moved to ViewRanger on my phone, I'd forgotten how it was done.

I can't believe I'm giving you advice on mapping!

MM Tracker is free (Google it and you can find where to download the Android APK file) and it allows you to use older QCT memory map files if you have them.
