Three plucky old girls are riding their horses all the way from Dartmoor to The New Forest in Hampshire using Byways & Bridleways.
The purpose of their endeavours is to raise awareness of the cut-off date of 2026 bringing the extinguishment of ALL unrecorded PROW. On the 26th of June they made their way from Hawkerland to Southleigh, you can read it HERE

To be fair it's not obvious from my post unless you read the link.
What the link shows is that these three ladies whilst travelling through East Devon became aware of our work on some lanes and thank us for what we've done, hence the title of my post.
We obviously do repair/maintenance work because it benefits ourselves... although I'm sure everyone here would agree that it's a good thing to have thanks from other users who also benefit from our hard work?
