Bike rack fabrication

can any one recommend some one who could fabricate a rear rack / soft  panier rack to fit my husqvarna fe 350 similar to this , possibly 2 racks as my mate might have one for his as well .

Kev - has anyone else done one?

Reason I ask is that I think the FE350 doesn't have a metal subframe, I think it's a plastic frame with the fuel tank in it?
If so I'm not sure about available mounting bolts or it's ability to handle the weight.

IMG_1021.JPGI don't know if there is any thing out there at the moment Rich , I have a rack that is fixed in three places at the moment 2x under the mudguard and extended exhaust side same fixing as the exhaust . I had this sent over fron the USA and it is strong and does not sit on the mudguard . I wanted some thing made to take soft luggage and keep it of the exhaust and side covers ,

just wondered if there is an expert that could come up with one ,
