We never made it to Lapland , but i did see some deer in the enclosures near Chris Cs place..
5 ppl attended,3 Trf members.2 non members. Ian,Vic,Me,Tom & Chris, who has tried to join but is failing to do so..
Bikes,Ktm 400,Yam Wr 250,Ktm 690r,GasGas 250,Honda Xr 250 on an unsuitable front,with mt on the rear..
A good laugh was in order all the way around,we didnt stray far from Sidmouth about 4 miles max i would think.
Lanes,i have ridden on some of them but not all,but all were dooable,we did see some 4x4 tracks as we went past a forest on the right, they had been practising
on going up and over the lowhedge line in several places and totally trashing the hedge and the forest side,
We stopped at Chris,s place for a cup of Tea,but No biscuits...Dinner or should that be Elevenses..at Woodsys Colaton Raleigh..
Twas a leisurely ride out,we even met 3 others out around The bottom of East Hill.(who,s names i forget, sorry lads)
The 690 was passed around too all exept Chris, who is a tad short, and said nope.
I never saw it,as i was on a gasgas in front, but you can aparently spin the wheel up in 3rd and snake up the road on the Ktm and poo yourself..
much to the delight&laughter of Vic..(who was Tec and does nothing but laugh)...
I must point out,Chris was a great guy who had'ent done much i think, but soldiered on regardless on,he did have the flaing leg syndrome though..
Great ride out Cheers Guys..
