Two bikes flipped, one boiled and one rider sick, what an adventure!

steve was asking me for a wye valley route recently, i guess you guys already had one,
tough days riding but enjoyable.
one of the guys did this to a yam up the staircase. unbelievable..........

Ace footage matey, still trying to sort out my gopro, not embarrassed about sticking my bike on a ledge (without me!)
