Yes

I learned a lot about how DAAT operates and it makes a lot of sense-

Around half the flights are for medical conditions ( heart attack etc ) and half for trauma ( severe battering )
Theres an air ambulance stationed at a private airfield near Umberleigh as well as one at Exeter and they can get to anywhere in the county inside 12 minutes
The paramedic is almost a doctor and can get appropriate treatment going very quickly, even simple surgery to open airways.
While a land ambulance might end up carrying the patient to hospital, speed of treatment is the biggest lifesaver.

If you ever get a flight, dont forget to ask for Ambrose (-;

Average flight cost is £3300
Annual cost £6.4 mill.
