Wasn't there a request from National to all groups to provide one or two routes for this database.

A couple of meetings ago, it was discussed, and I thought someone was going to supply a route from Devon. I don't see it listed.

But non-member free access? I don't remember that bit being mentioned.

I supplied a sustainable beginner route for S Hams and I thought Chris Cole supplied one for E Devon and was going to send them up to national.

I thought it was for TRF members not general public.

Am I happy about that ?

Well I suppose they are public roads but I would not like there to be a disproportional increase in traffic because of this exposure nor abuse by the "hooligan" element. Fortunately the route I supplied was for fairly innocuous lanes away from sensitive areas.

Hopefully my route won't be published as I feel I have been duped.

Do we think this is the thin end of the wedge,?

Reading on Fb forums and seeing postings the lanes are there for ppl to see and use in our areas and counties.
posting different lanes from around the country will not make route.

bit of an own goal if all the lanes become "easily available".

I thought the lane info was a key TRF benefit and a major recruiting tool!
