Choose MP3 and select max quality, which is 192k I think.
Your computer/laptop will need a disc drive, either built in, or separate and connected by cable/WiFi.
Copy the music from disc to the phones music storage.

The lap top is only a year old and have'nt down loaded much......
I've never had this issue, but there are plenty of possible solutions after a Google search. You may just have to try some.
Will have another go then,
i have till the end of March before i decide to go back to work...
not sure if Argos will take the dvd driver though.
