Are you a paid up TRF member? then you'll have access to the TRF Green Roads Map website.
GRM is still developing and information is being added all the time, but all recorded lanes in the GRM database will have a unique GRMUID number, in this case 6131.
Log in to GRM
tick the GRMUID box (see red arrow)
type 6131 in the search location box, and enter/return
then click the result '6131' that appears below the search box (see red arrow)
the map will relocate to the area of that selected lane, with a data box relating to that lane
at the bottom of the data box is a short arrow that points at the location of the selected lane (see red arrow)
if you tick the 'More Details' (see red arrow)
that will add more information below the map about the lane
or you could just click the X (see red arrow) and that will removed the data box
and the lane will remain highlighted (the colour dependant on status/issue)
At the moment the search box is for proper road or place names only, or the GRMUID or USRN numbers, but it is hoped it will soon also include a search for 'local' names such
as Pink Panther.
With more feedback from users, the information held by GRM will grow, including user evidence, photographs, issues etc.
Not all the country is presently covered by GRM, and I haven't got around to working on Cornwall data yet, but I'll get there.
I am a TRF member and have received the emails regarding the GRM but have not looked at it as Im not good with modern technology and electronics. I think it may be time to give it a go.
Ive looked at that lane on GRM (which is great BTW) and its Warleggan/ pink Panther which a few of us did last week on the Great Western Trail. There is another Pink Panther / Muchlarnick which there are videos on youtube do you have any idea where this one is? The Video is named South West Trail Riders - Muchlarnick - Pink Panther 31 Mar19 and there are others.

There are two lanes at Warleggan and I imagine the Great Western Trail will use the western one which is easy and suitable for adventure bikes,
while the eastern one which is trickier and far more challenging is known as the Pink Panther (a corruption from Pantersbridge).
I have seen many a trail rider turned into a pink faced panter after pushing a bike up the rocky steps.
Google Muchlarnick and it will show you where it is.
Approach from Trefanny Hill or Penquite because the lane from Duloe has a TRO on it.
I was baulked last time there when half way up I met a convoy of armchairlaners coming down and had to turn around, good luck.
If you are in the neighbourhood go to Rosenun as well.
As Pete says, there are 2 lanes at Warleggan, and the TET GWT does use the western one GRMUID 6211, not 'Pink Panther'.
As Muchlarnick is a true village name, you could have entered it into the GRM search box to show the location on the map. I've only heard this one called Muchlarnick and never another Pink Panther.
As before, although known to trail riders as 'Muchlarnick', it's actually known to Cornwall County Council and Highways as 'U6147 - Road from the B3359 at South Park to Junction north of Outways Cottage, Duloe' USRN 5700539 which doesn't trip off the tongue so well, and you cannot at the moment search GRM for 'local nicknames' such as Pink Panther, Wackys Lane, Devils Steps, Woo Hoo etc, but they are working on that function.
Muchlarnick is GRMUID 6233.
The lane from Trefanny Hill is GRMUID 6327 from Penquite is GRMUID 6231 and the TRO'ed lane from Duloe is GRMUID 6232.
Rosenun Lane isn't on GRM as CCC (and FindMyStreet and One.Network) don't have it recorded as a UCR and the western end is shown as an SSSI, but if someone can show me it's a public road, it'll go on.
