Devon TRF Annual general meeting 14th December . Years membership raffle prize.

Don't forget that it is the AGM next Tuesday 14th December.

We will be meeting at 1900hrs for some food first. The the meeting will take place from 2000hrs.

It is important that as many people come as possible, so that we can support the elected officers in their roles, and show our appreciation for their efforts over the past year.

This is also an opportunity for new volunteers to raise their hands, and offer some support for the club that works so hard to maintain, not just the fabric of the lanes, but everyones right of passage on that fabric.

If you feel you have something to offer, come along and join in, if you are unsure, come along anyway and join in.

If you don't fancy wheelbarrowing tons of rubble along a lane, that's fine.  There is plenty of other stuff to do that will help us continue to grow, but more importantly develop.

We need ideas, sure, but we need people to implement the ideas too.

Hope to see a good turn out next week!

Trevor

ps There is plenty of space for social distancing in the room, and we will have the windows open.

STOP PRESS

There will be a door raffle on the night for all members who attend.  The prize will be next years membership paid for.

I know it's late , but I've thought a

Prize raffle at the AGM would improve the attendance.

Prizes

tyres / vouchers / free membership ...

Would it be ok to bring a mate along, he's on crutches as just had operation, thought at least get him out of the house?

He's not TRF member..
