This years Teign to Tamar will be on the 21st to the 23rd of April.
As always we will need Run leaders and the same amount of tail end Charlie's.
We offer a variety of levels of days out but basically they are;
easy day
medium day
full on day
I will add a better description of the expectation for the day when I can find it.
If you would like to offer your services for one or both days, please reply on here but also,
Please pm me with your email address and phone number plus what level of ride you can offer.
This is a great event and an opportunity to show the rest of the country our lovely county. Some people come every year and request the same leader and tec. Whatever happens will only happen with the groups support, it requires a lot of effort to organise but this is made easier with many hands.
A lot of work is already going on behind the scenes so come and join in, and be part of a great weekend.
cheers Trevor

Count me in for leading again those dates should be fine I will probably be able to find a tec aswell. Already had one on my group members from last year asking if I'm leading again as he's coming down again. Best get making a couple new routes to try and practice.
Hi Trevor,
I am available on the Saturday to lead an easy group or TEC for an intermediate group. Last year I was TEC for Noel and a mid-speed group which seemed to work OK. I think I am otherwise occupied on the Sunday.
FYI: This year's T2T weekend doesn't seem to clash with any of the MTB long distance events as far as I can see. The Devon Dirt and Haldon Heroic are both earlier in the month.

Evening all, I could do with a few more leaders, thanks for all the offers from the tecs. Does any one fancy trying to lead? there is plenty of time to plan and trial your route. Happy to help if I can.
Thanks to everyone who has offered to help. We are just sorting out the final numbers and groups will be allocated soon.
We could do with someone to plan a route for a quad sized off road buggy. We will be joined again this year by Kal and Tom, on their modified for Kal machine, this could be an easy group as well but obviously the buggy would have to fit up the lane.
Is there an event page or separate post covering this event for regular riders (i.e not for people volunteering to lead/TEC)? I've tried to have a look around but can't find any firm details on this years event.
It'd be good to come down and meet some of you and get the experience of riding in a group, but I currently don't know where it all happens, if there are spaces available still, or if I could afford it.
i am afraid you are too late for this years event. It was advertised on here, on the main TRF site and I believe our Facebook page.
A lot of the attendees come every year and are emailed once we have sorted out the details.
If you pm me your email address I can forward you the stuff for this years event but more impotantly it has the contact details to get onto the mailing list.
