I did send a report and photo's on the 13th January to the PROW warden Jon Rowlands to notify the landowners (custodians) both sides.

12th November - temporary obstruction for how long....Public right of way confuse

The 12th Nov trees have been cleared, this is a January one in almost the same place.

The landowners have done their own survey and decided that the unsuitable use of the lane by 4x4s and trail bikes has weakened the roots causing the trees to fall!

hence that post that was at one time concreted in at the bottom.
