We are pleased to be hosting the National TRF AGM on the 27th Jan 2024 at Stockland Village Hall near Honiton. Having this AGM on our doorstep allows Devon, Somerset and Dorset members with reasonably close access to the venue to participate in the National agenda, meet the directors and have your say. We are also combining some led trail rides in East Devon following on from the AGM. So please bring your bikes.
We need your help as Devon members to make this National AGM work. We can only proceed if we have 40 people in the room and despite having 9000 members nationally, trying to get people to come to an AGM is a challenge.

As you scroll down the email there are links to; register to attend the meeting in person; attend on-line; vote by proxy; There are links to see the agenda and supporting papers for the agenda items, including the various directors reports. There are links to two Q&A evening sessions prior to the AGM to be held on TEAMS to allow you to quiz directors on reasons and logic on proposals and points in their directors reports.
So if you are able to spare a couple of hours on Saturday 27th January at Stockland please register to attend. As well as ensuring we achieve the 40 people we need, you can meet a broad range of TRF people from across the country followed by a trail ride in a great location.
