202-014 abandoned car

Came across this car today, you can squeeze past going down, not convinced be able to get past going up!

Neighbour has reported and spoken to the Police.

So I'm guessing the Mazda came down the lane.

I guess so, I didn't recall any recent tyre tracks, but have had allot of rain over Xmas and New Year.

This would be the first car to go down there for many years.
The late Vic Ashford once confessed to me that he had had to enlist the help of a friendly farmer to tow his pickup back up the lane when he encountered the big step behind the house, (now buried by a DCC repair).
Most of the cars I see abandoned in the lanes look to have been stolen but this one may just be an unlucky sat nav victim. I doubt the AA would be able to help.
There used to be a prominent Unsuitable for Motors sign at the last gateway before the bottom which was the last opportunity to turn around, I imagine it is still there buried in the hedge somewhere.

Sign is still there, the home owner said vin check by police shows not taxed for, I think he said 5 years.

He also said tools and taxi sign in the back, majority of tools now been taken.

I think you'll have to go there and drag the Mazda back up to No Mans Land because I don't think it's going down the steps.
